The PowerKey software
The PowerKey 4 software works with the hardware to control its switchable outlets and provide easy-to-use control from your keyboard and mouse, as well as flexible scheduling of automatic events. Furthermore, it can be upgraded to provide features such as logging, system crash detection and advanced system automation.
To configure your PowerKey, open the PowerKey control panel application. The location of this application depends on the version of Mac OS you are using.
Mac OS 10.1 or later

The application can be found wherever you chose to install it, often in the Applications folder. |
Mac OS 8.6 and 9.x

The application can be found in the PowerKey folder, and an alias is provided in the system's Control Panels folder. |
Other components
In order to function, the PowerKey software also includes components which run at startup, and various helper files. See the PowerKey background software for more information.
