You can customize Kick-off!'s settings using the Kick-off! control panel, kickoff-gui. kickoff-gui is installed in /usr/local/bin. You must use kickoff-gui to turn on System Monitoring after installing Kick-off! for Linux.
When you open the control panel, a window appears divided into three tabs. Click on a tab to reveal its configuration panel.
The "System Crashes" panel lets you configure how Kick-off! should respond to system crashes. The "Application Crashes" panel lets you configure how Kick-off! should respond to application crashes. The "Other" panel lets you configure Kick-off!'s logging and other features.
